12k rpm tahometer.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to make a 12k rpm out of a 10k rev.tachemeter, tell me how?
    I took this tachometer as a basis:app.png
    From his dial 10k made a dial 12k:gaugeface.png
    The arrow does not move further than 10k, what should I do?
    That`s what i have now:.png
