SOLVED 15fps with 3080 and i9

Hi,
Since yesterday, when I try to play, my fps are locked to 15/16, 17 when the quality is set to low..
When I played last week, this problem didn't exist (75fps in 4k, with ultra preset)

I tried a lot of things, like clear cache, delete temp/setting files, remove all mods, re-install the game, change the game location from my M.2 to my SSD. update Nvidia drivers, update windows.. nothing works.

If you have been in this situation before, please tell me how you solve it.

Config:
RTX3080 10gb
i9 11900k 3.5GHz (with w.c h100i elite)
64Gb RAM 3200MHz
Rog-Strix Z590-E wifi
(no custom overclocking/undervolting)

 

What did you do exactly yesterday or last time you played and it was fine?

 

Yes it was fine, but i've tested with other "high perf" games like Cyberpunk 2077, RDR2, FH5 and the problem seems to be same,
the GPU seems to be the cause of this (like if the card has been locked to 5% of his capacity) even the temperature didn't exceed 55°c instead of 75/80°c as usual in these games.


I've contacted the constructor to replace my GPU, since he has only 7month old.. But the game is definitely not the cause of these FPS Loss.

Ok, I put my 3060 instead of my 3080, and the game turn fine.
I'm going to use the warranty to replace my defective GPU. Problem solved,
