https://www.beamng.com/resources/1966-burnside-spelugues.5528/ I've decided to make a compact personal luxury coupe for Beam. It's the Burnside Spelugues. It is slightly inspired by the 1963 Buick Riviera, but ultimately draws from many more 60s cars (e.g. Toronado-inspired FWD layout). Powered by a 430 ci 308 HP V8, sending its power through a 3-spd automatic.
People with an air of sophistication. Spelugues is a part of Monaco. After all, Broughams, Rivieras, Toronados, Devilles, LeSabres and even Town Cars used to sell.
All these names do sound sophisticated and romantic, while SPE-LU-GU-ES sounds like something out of a medieval science book (even if it isn't).
Because it's French. Spayloogs gives an air of class and ultra-luxury, especially when the customers learn where it is.
So, you have to explain what it is and how to pronounce it (because otherwise you may assume it is pronounced "speh-loo-goo-yes", which sounds hardly nice at all) to customers?
Promotional material, commercials, dealers, etc. The same way people outside of France learned how to say "Peugeot".
