You don't have to be rude. As you can see, i just got on the forums and I am getting used to writing on forums. And please turn the caps-lock off
>signs up for a forum >wants to post in a subforum >doesn't read the rules of that subforum (because the person broke them) >breaks the rules by bumping and asking for the release date of a mod >people get upset that you broke the rules >"I dOnT wAnT tO sCroLL tHRouGH 115 PageS, ChiLL" >makes that statement even though the rules are short, sweet, and right here another yikes for the beamng forums
Don't beg for downloads and/or mods. Avoid asking for release dates. Generally, be nice to others Yes, I have done something that the first rule says not to do, and it says avoid. but it is not prohibited or will get me banned Second, you were very rude, as you have put my comment in alternating capital letters. This is imitating my words in a mocking way.
you followed the rule by doing the exact opposite of what it tells you to do but the logic is turned around when it comes to me? yeah this isn't worth my time
All of you, cut it out. Yes, mods shouldn't generally be asked for if the answer is available, and yes, it's unreasonable to expect new users to scroll through 115 pages. What should be used here is something called respect - one person says nicely: and the rest of us click agree and move on. Instead of wasting two pages.
Agreed. Several pages of this thread could be completely removed and it wouldn't take anything away from the developmental history of the mod. It's really annoying to check in every few days for updates just to see another page filled with posts dedicated to berating a single newcomer that hasn't read the previous 100+ pages of the thread.
You can't download it. Even though it's been in development for three years, you still can't download it. (not implying they're not working on it)
Hello, and welcome to the forums. A mod will generally not be released to the public if the mod has the orange "WIP" on the title. If it has the green "WIP Beta Released" or the blue "Released" tag on it, it should be available for download. A few other general rules for the forums, don't beg for release dates or beg to beta test for a mod. We all know that when a new member asks to "beta test", it actually means that they want early access to the mod before anyone else.
I have an idea if you aren't gonna contribute then just shut it, and keep it to urself I'm tired of everybody being like: Oh WeLl I'm BeInG gOod ur being anoyying ok be on topic.!>?>?>!?>
