A small and cheap city hatchback that's also a 4x4 for some reason (I don't know why, ask Subaru). This car has a 1.2L inline 3 making a terrifying 73 horsepower, which isn't that bad because the car is reasonably light at 950kg. Oh yeah, for those who don't know, this is based off of the 1984 Subaru Justy (Hirochi is basically Subaru right? I want this mod to make sense).
