there mustve been a popular mod that had some issue causing update that broke things, a couple people randomly had this happe

so i think i found the error messages for the tires but it shows nothing about what mods are causing the conflict

 

these dont exist in first gen form tho

 

maybe some mod that adds/modifies rally tires?
I think it's the dacia sandero mod, try to disable it. Research says that
