Great now my Covet's won't work. Everytime I spawn them it just gives me the camera and not the car. Maybe its because I haven't drove them in a while.

 

Have you tried clearing your cache?

 

If you had Blizzard's Covet ute mod and deleted it, it also deletes the actual covet files for some reason. If not, try clearing your cache as Nathan said, or start hunting for the conflicting mods in your list.
