Alright, just to laet y'all know I will be updating this today. I have been lazy recently, and I still am. The new update will have new configurations, however, they will not have thumbnails. I've been recently inspired by other vehicles and other projects, and I haven't had the time or patience to make thumbnails for the new update (which is the only reason it wasn't out earlier). However, if one of you decides to make thumbnails yourself, I will gladly add them if you wish. I just do not want spend the time myself. --- Post updated --- New update is out. Some temporary thumbnails have luckily been made for the release ^^
I went ahead and made some thumbnails real quick. They're mediocre quality at best, so don't feel bad if you don't want to use them. The only_thumbs folder contains just the images, and the newcovet_w_thumbs folder is the mod with the thumbnails already implemented to save you time from doing that. EDIT: I also attached the pictures directly to this post. EDIT 2: Files removed to prevent confusion.
I actually quite like yours. They seem more consistent than mine. I'll go add them in. Thank you for making them. The new skins deserved to be shown off better than my pictures.
Some one probably already asked this, but why was this removed form the mod repository? never mind, awesome mod though!
It was never removed; it just was never added. It contains models from other games, which is a big nono for the respository. --- Post updated --- Also, updated the OP changelog with other additions I forgot to mention the first time.
please fix the lip, the body coloured part (2nd pic) and the colors cant be changed in the selector...
(I was looking for this covet since yesterday, lol.) Love the new skin for the Rally Covet. (P.S - I thought it was glitched for a second because of the new rally skin XD)
I appreciate that. The old rally skin was my (bad) attempt to remake the original covet's rally skin. The race one was just an all-round mistake. The old skins still remain just in case people liked them, but I am moving forward with the new skins, which I am pretty proud of. Also, I felt I owed my users something special, since I'm not so good with updates. I hope everyone likes the skins, and more are hopefully coming, since the hillclimb is a bit empty.
