2-Step on manual cars

Hi there...

How do you triggers the 2-step on manual cars? I've tried to hold all de the 3 pedals (which is close to impossible, because with hydraulic brake, get to 100% is not easy), other option was map a button to brake, then active it and set de rpm to launch, but when you somehow get all de 3 (clutch, brake and gas) at 100% the rpm stay momentarily how you set, but if you release a little bit the brake let's say 70% or less the rpm goes to the limit as normal.

I belive there must be an easier way when you active the 2-step to stay until you launch, wihout have to hold de brake too, just pressing the gas then releasing the clutch, the videos on YT are not so clear, and on automatic cars works well...
