So, the point of 2-step is to spool the turbos up, correct? The 2-Step in game does not spool turbos, in fact imo cars launch better if you just rev up, and then semi-slip/semi-dump the clutch. as the turbo is actually spooled. I may just be doing something wrong, but for me the 2-step seems kind of pointless/broken.

2step is a modifiable rev limiter designed to give optimal launch rpm iirc

Anti-lag and two-step aren't the same thing. Two-step just sets a second, lower rev limiter, which helps launching by saving your clutch in a manual, or holding stall RPM in an auto. Two-step can't really spool turbos, because they need load to spool properly. Anti-lag will spool turbos, two-step won't.

oh, I just thought that two step spooled turbos, cause in cleetus McFarland videos, his corvette has a secondary rev limiter and you can here the turbos spooling, maybe its a combo of anti lag and two step
