Before you say "is this even being worked on?" it might be, it's in the hands of another person, i have Messaged him, he claimed that he is still slowly working on it, but i don't expect this to be uploaded anytime soon. if there's an update, i'll post about it, as of now, this is dead. I'm no longer working on this.

Should come with Jbeamed cluster of onlookers as an add-on. Also, maybe take a look at incorporating elements from the newer Challenger's grill for this project, I think it'd fit nicely.
