On Hold 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat *Need Help*

Making a pro-car like challenger would require making an entire new body sadly, but I'm pretty sure he can make the engine like the ones in a procar

 

Lol I was following that same tutorial to make a hellcat mod too... god dammit

 

What is changing the badging gonna do? It’s 100% a Hellcat, it doesn’t have any Bruckell characteristics. Unless the OP changes the model a bit and adds some Bruckell to it, otherwise I think it’s staying a Hellcat.

 

You can upload a real car mod with real brands in the forums.

 

Just an update:

I am sorry I have not posted on this thread for a while now. I was on vacation for three weeks and just got back home!

Unfortunately, due to my lack of know-how (NAPA) I have put this mod on hold. I am trying to figure out how to mod BeamNG at the moment by making this boxy little car. (Will post pictures later) I am not planning on releasing it but I can if you all want.

If anyone would like to walk me through how to finish the Hellcat that would be greatly appreciated, as I know the other Hellcat mods have been quite popular.

Sorry for the bump. Got any progress on this? I would really love to see help given so this can grow. It's an amazing mod idea seeing as there is a very low amount of them without paying money for it. (Paid ones usually end up being rushed and low quality)

 

Unfortunately, I have not made any progress with this mod. I started this just to kind of see what modding was like and probably jumped the gun with making this thread because I was excited.
Honestly, after spending a few hours working on that car, I realized that modeling cars and modding isn’t my thing. I am taking AutoCAD and Inventor Pro classes rn so maybe after those I will pick it back up with a better understanding of modeling but then there is always the aspect of programming it to work with LUA and I don’t know a thing about that. Alas, this project is probably going to indefinitely be on hold. I linked the tutorial I used to make the car on a previous page of this thread and so if anyone wants to pick this project up they can watch the videos. The only issue is they don’t cover interior design and he makes the model way too high in the poly count by the end because he is making the car as a model solely inside of blender.

As I said before, this mod will most likely remain unfinished. You can watch the video series I linked above for a tutorial for the exterior of the car and make that if you want, and then make your own skins for it. I apologize that this reply was probably not what you were wanting to hear. But, maybe in the future I will pick this back up and it will be released.
