well i am atempting to make a better bigger map and well auto-painting it is causing beamng or torque to stop responding... my cpu is at 18% on beamng alone and slightly going up and down while not responding. so i know that it still is working even though it says not responding, and any way to make beamng a higher priority on windows 8.1? or to help this out or something or should i wait it out? will it eventually paint everything?
It's best to paint the terrain in smaller layers to avoid the editor freezing, so instead of painting 0-90 all at once go in increments of 5 or so.
well after waiting 30 min it was all done.... so i guess long as the cpu is active in beamng i guess its still working... the first time it crashed it.... 0% cpu usage
open task manager and click details and then right click beamng and you can change the priority there.
