4-Link Suspension on Regular Body

Is there a way to use the 4-Link Suspension from the Pre-Runners and Rock Crawlers on the regular bodies of a D or H Series?

since the suspension relies on mount points that are used in the tube frame, it wouldn't even be very logical realistically to use a stock body, as it has to be cut up to fit the extra framing.
however, a prerunner H series or roamer would certainly be moddable.

Last time I checked there were some little crawler parts in the Roamer's dae file, but that doesn't mean anything yet, there are many unused parts everywhere, there was no offroad frame or anything like that either
