When you take off the tires and put on the CVT you can make the sunburst go 400 mph

That's wheelspeed, not airspeed. You're just spinning all four wheels very quickly, the car isn't actually moving at 400 mph. The speedometer app reads from the average of the drive wheel's rotations, not the velocity of the car. Flip the car upside down and push the gas and you'll see the speedometer go really high even though the car isn't moving at all.

The radiator airspeed says 135mph.
