    the game stutter when adptive sync compatible settings on in amd software, but the frame rate is normal
    and this only appear when i use controller, when i use mouse to rotate the camera, this bug disappeared

    0:20- mouse controlled

    this has been represented in safe mode, in around 5 minutes.
    and this would not appear in fullscreen
