I used to have a lot of trouble keeping the Civetta Bolide under control, just like most of you. But I have found a solution which really works and makes the car a lot easier to control, within reason. Now, this is by no means a MIRACLE, but you'll notice the difference right away. You see, the reason the car has a tendency to veer to the left and right despite no tire skidding is because the rear differential is locked. I know this because I have played with hobby-grade RC cars. Having the differential open allows the rear tires to rotate at different rates, meaning that the car can keep straight a lot better and corner more easily. Of course there are pros and cons to closed vs. open differentials, but a supercar has little to no use for closed diffs. Search on your hard drive for "super_engine.jbeam", open it with Notepad, search the document for "diff", and make sure the entry for differentials looks like this: Code: "differentials": [ ["wheelName1", "wheelName2", "type", "state", "closedTorque", "engineTorqueCoef"], ["RL","RR", "open", "open", 0, 1] So, any comments?
I think it helps if you remove the rear sway bar in the ctrl+w menu, however it will cause it to roll over a little easier.
I might try that but the set up on it is for it to be unstable...it needs to be more stable...I think a 4WD version is needed...

Wait for the next patch and/or get better at driving. There will be a detuned version, as well as improvements to the handling. Slapping 4WD on it is not a solution, especially since there is no front transfer case or halfshafts modeled, nor would it even be possible to put them in without remodeling the front suspension
