A slight change in the .json for the numberplates

    I was thinking, to allow more customisation, if we could have:
    "backgroundImgF"
    "backgroundImgR"
    Instead of just
    "backgroundImg"
    In the .json for number plates, to allow us to have different textures on the front and rear plates.
