this idea is for people with multi monitor setups. so when you start the game, there is an option to open up another window and put it on the other monitor. then when you are in the game you can use the second monitor for anything like, a camera following another vehicle, a second camera following the same vehicle, the vehicle spawn menu, the vehicle customization menu, and so much more.
