ABS and loading time

Hi, I tested the ABS on safe mode and it works just fine, but when I have 450+ mods activated (all are up to date) it works well for a few stops and then just gives up. What I mean is that it works but then loses like 80% of brake power, all of this in one stop, the abs light keeps flashing 'till the car stops.
The other question: Can I somehow improve the time that either the parts selector, or the vehicle selector takes to open? When I checked with a timer it took 1 minute and 36 sconds. Again, this is with 450+ mods activated, also this only happens when I open one of them the first time since the game launched.

Ok, nevermind the ABS, the problem is caused by the Passengers&Loads mod, from what I can tell, at least.

And one last question, I have the game from Steam, is there a way to make random license plates show up, not my name all the time? Thanks
