ABS Problem or realistic feature?

    Hello, I found this...when I have full brake and abs sense that its wheels are about to lock up it relase pressure but after car is under control and wheels should have all friction back abs is still relasing pressure and car is not braking hard as it should, lift off from brake pedal and then again full brake fix it. I also have a recording of it, which probably shows best what it is, I don't know how to explain it propertly.
