Accident at Trial Mountain

A scary accident at the classic Barstow race today at Trial Mountain. The #34 Nodeloline car lost brakes and plowed into the back of the #9 and #7 cars.


The 34 and 7 could drive away, but the 9 had to be towed to the pits. 34 and 9 were forced to retire due to damage.

The 7 car only suffered minor damage, and after removing a few damaged parts, could carry on.

The #7 car ended the race in 7th place after a good comeback.

NodeOLine paint job, and no, its not a config. You might have to adjust the colors. It shows up blank if you have the whole car 1 color.

Another scary accident today. Moonhawk Citvetta Special had stalled and was stopped in sand trap. The drag Moonhawk was coming down the hill when the front left wheel hub failed, causing him to lose control and plow into it at 100 mph. Drag Moonhawk driver was unharmed, the driver of the Civetta special was taken to the hospital and treated for a fractured forearm.

 

Why is a Drag Moonhawk racing around on Trial Mountain of all places? XD

 

He was allowed to drive because he fitted race front tires and a wheelie bar.
Also, another horrifying accident. How about something a bit faster.

The FR17 was coming around a tight corner at about 180 mph when it snapped loose. The driver overcorrected and sent it hard into the fence. he was miraculously unharmed.

Another accident:


The Sunburst was ahead of the SBR4 when the SBR4 got air time over the hill and hit it from behind, pushing them both into the wall at about 140 MPH. Both drivers were OK.

Screenshot? I have that installed and don't see a #7.
Also, another accident. While the last accident was being cleaned up, another car plowed into the safety car. Nobody was hurt.
