Here's mine: RoR Flight 1201 (An Antonov 12-B, or Ah-12) crashed shortly after takeoff due to maintiance failure, which caused the aircraft do break apart. the 3 crew members onboard did not survive. Paramedics are on scene. (idk why the pics are weird) Scene takes place in Italy.
