Add License plate Illumination to more cars!

    I thought something felt odd driving at night.

    Only these cars have license plate illumination:
    Mk1 and Mk2 Ibishu Pessima
    Hirochi Sunburst
    Gavril Bastion

    Every other car it is dark there. Please can we have some illumination :)
