For now, you could download my flood mod and enable rain. You don't need to start the flood, you can just add rain and the rain sound. It's the best you're going to get for now if you want to do it with ease (I'm sure there's some snowy map mods though).
This would be good. Maybe it could have: Rain Drizzle Fog Thunder Smog (in cities) Snow Blizzard Wind Storm (rain and wind) Thunder storm(storm with thunder)
I'd rather play with no ice than use those to completely honest. I would look into making a mod for all this, but I've not spent enough time figuring out how to make the rain particles look nice. There probably is a way, but I'm pretty busy now and I think that's going to change anytime soon, so someone else might have to take a little look at it
It's not. It's meant for racing and simulation. It specializes in crashing simulation, since it's part of simulation.
It's not specialized in crash simulation, it's even not realistic in many ways. It's pecialized in mecanic simulation, and tries to seems like reality (which make it one the most realistic car simulation games).
no but the flood mod work just not animation drops on the windows but it could work with the animated wiper mod
