So I made a map a month ago in the Torque 3D 3.0 editor. It is small and has a couple .dae files that I made in blender and a basic terrain I made. I can play it fine in the Torque 3D editor and now that I bought BeamNG, I want to be able to play it there, with vehicles. How would I be able to take that terrain that I made, and add it to BeamNG.

don't really know torque3d file-system but if it's like Rigs of roads then it's need just little tweaks.
RoR used a height-map picture of the map (in black and white)
lot of other stuff like list of object,, vegetation, script ...
go see in your beamNG directory to see how map are made.
