AI Car Control Completely Broken For Me

Ok, So I decided to play around on one of my raceway tracks with 2 standard pickups. What I've found is The control system for the AI/Multiple vehicles seems to be broken. When I spawn the 2 trucks, I made sure the extra one is controllable by me. When I go to use the second truck by tabbing over to it with the AI in control of the first truck, The truck I tabbed to does absolutely nothing, And even though I'm not tabbed to the 1st truck I still have throttle/steering/breaking control of the truck the AI is supposed to be driving. It seems to fight the AI's control of the truck. Ive tested this on multiple maps and reloaded the game a few times but no luck.

 

Also if your using the official cars as unpacked you have to delete those and unpack the new official cars from the zip folder.
