AI doesn't know how to use manual transmission

I've noticed recently that after a few goes with the AI it forgets how to use a manual transmission and can't get out of first gear. Sometimes it will be fine, and sometimes it won't. Most of the time, if it forgets once, it'll be stuck in first indefinitely, even if you reset the vehicle. You'll have to reload the whole map to get the AI working correctly.

 

that happens to me too. also when going uphill it seems they like to upshift and realize they can't, then downshift again, then say "oh, 5000rpm? try upshifting again" and repeat
