AI stops working after respawn

    If I turn a vehicle into flee mode, I can chase it, but upon respawning it it refuses to move. The AI app says that it is set to flee mode, and I cannot take control of the vehicle (parking brake stays on, cannot steer). It just sits there, being stupid.
