AI Traffic not spawning in vanilla maps

    It's weird, but AI traffic in non-modded maps always says "Error Loading Vehicle" for every single AI car, but on modded maps it works just fine, is there any fixes to this other than de-activating a mod one by one to see if that's causing it?
