because hotlapping doesn't always work, and certainly doesn't work on beammp, I've tried to use the trip computer to count laps before. The problem with this is if you have a collision, and a wheel isn't touching the ground, it will throw off the results wildly (especially with an open diff, and a driven wheel lifted off the ground.) I'd like to request a trip computer that counts air speed too. For better usability, I'd also like to ask that the trip computer not be so easy to accidentally reset. Can you make the reset button take a second or 2 to hold like IRL (maybe have a little progress circle curser to show people that you have to hold it.)
