AIs Do not move when traffic lights turn green on West Coast

    I found an issue with the AIs on West Coast, They dont seem to move when the lights turn green after they stop there for some reason. Not sure if this is just me or not.

    Hi, do you experience this issue in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support Tools -> Safe Mode)
