Im using as GPU an Quadro RTX 4000 and as CPU an Intel Xeon W32-35 and im running BeamNG on Full-HD and Ultra settings and Maxed out Grapfic Settings and got 30 FPS And if i lower the settings (and get it work) it will work Good
How do I uninstall this? I tried reinstalling the game but it kept my files... Also why are the shadows twitchy when I'm siting still?
Well I think its safe to say this mod is abandoned, was nice while it lasted. Thank you @Brother_Dave !
Hey guys! Im just jumping in quickly to say its not officially abandoned but yes ive been moving and its taking alot of time. Also, things are rough in life atm and it takes alot of energy from me. The computer just sits by itself, not even hooked up after the move. AL15-2 (if i remember the correct version) is made with the intention to work regardless of Beamng updates so that should be future proof until the devs change something with the shaders/tonemapper. My guess is ill come back if/when the devs release a new big update
Hope it's all sorted out now and you have time for yourself Any plans on tweaking the mod? I suggest lowering the exposure during around 7 AM to 4 PM because it's way too bright and my eyes can't take that for too long. When the sun is close to the horizon the mod looks the freaking best. The saturation is on point, the sunflare looks awesome and the water color is gorgeous. I hope to hear an answer from you!
Thanks man More or less, atleast things are slowing down enough so that ive actually hooked up the computer! I can have a look at that, would probably take lowering the sun brightness for that period but i dont think im using a custom sun scale in 15-2 so would need to set one up. I would lie if i said i dont have a huuuge gfx mod itch but im able to keep it down atm lol. Just got my real life project car ready for paint and that has been my main focus in my spare time. I do get slme time here and there that i could use for my mod so it might get some more attention soon. Im waiting for the new beamng update to hit to see if theres anything changed graphics wise. If not then i do think i will go at it
Wont upload for a few hours but did manage to work around the post fx not letting you adjust SSAO, which ive been missing even though what is ingame is a good setting. Now youll be able to adjust it in Photo Mode and itll stay when you exit Photo Mode. Itll stick until you open Photo Mode again. IF the devs dont want me to tinker with these things just HMU
Hey mate, keen to try out your mod but unfortunately I just updated to 0.24. I get about 70 fps with everything cranked at the moment, will be interesting to see how the mod will impact this figure. Looks like you’ve done great work so far, looking forward to your release for 0.24
