"All orders" shows no orders

    I forgot my product key and wanted to look it up at http://www.beamng.com/service/overview (and http://www.beamng.com/service/latestorder) but the page looks like this:

    Luckily I remebered where I saved the product key (and the order ID) so I entered it here:

    There was my product key on the page so this must be correct, but when refreshing, all was gone and I saw picture 1 again. Is there something wrong with my account?

    we changed the system some weeks after the first release, so the very early accounts are not linked correctly and need to redo this step.
