like the title says. make it so users can disable tire tracks to 0 with no marks. some systems can have 50 fps. and get 5 with tire tracks

Sounds weird that tiremarks would cause such a big change for you. Unless you are running the game on a very under-powered machine. Anyhow, you can not turn them off, but you can reduce the amount of them to 500 from the Graphics settings
