I'm creating a new level with the world editor. I don't know yet how it will be distributed.

I would like to include assets from the base game, vanilla. For examples some ground materials and the DDS textures, or maybe some buildings (let's say italy level as an example). I could reference files from the game (/levels/italy/…) but I noticed people tend to copy them in their own level, so that the level doesn't break when the game is updated (paths may change, files too).

I tried to read the EULA again, but I'm not sure it covers this scenario.

Are we allowed to distribute those assets with our level? (in the ZIP archive)
If yes, only on BeamNG forum/repo or can we distributes via other ways too?
If yes, are we allowed to distribute modified (derivative work) assets?
