Even though this mod pack will be losing support, I have a feeling that this wasn't done right. I see other mods and they have three buttons to the top right, a subscribe button, a view in game button, and a download button. Those buttons are only for mods that are available on the repository. The one you linked was uploaded on the forum, as post attachment.
