animated pfp

so hi im trying to make a animated pfp but its not working ( the tesla should have moving fire and warnings)
how can i fix this?

 

Keep in mind that the size / dimensions of the gif-image should be maximum 190 both in length and width (190X190), more will not show it as a live gif in your PFP
you can use this site to do the resizing and other stuff, overall a pretty helpful site with alot of gif tools available

And, also, the size the gif-image takes up should be maximum 1MB. less is also fine too, but i will not work if the image is heavier than 1MB
