Annoying tire bug

Hello, I want to report a very annoying bug: Whenever you hit your car at a high speed those black lines appear from the tires. Please fix this bug because it really affects the gameplay. I'm not sure if anyone else is having it. I recreated the situation when this bug occurs with the node grabber in the gif .( this also happens without the node grabber).

 

Anyways the car is imc not drivable after that.

 

That has nothing to do with the bug.

 

I have seen a lot of this in the two last updates of the game, hopefully it will be fixed in the next one
