another spawn question thread

after reviewing all related posts, I cannot seem to figure out WHY THE HECK I cant spawn another car? I want to spawn a covet, a d15 flatbed (mod) and a forklift, and have some fun...howeer, when I go into world editor, free camera or not, I select the player vehicle (which always shows up in the scene tree, which I think the devs had improved) when I click on an arrow and hold SHIFT and drag, nothing happens, and basically...its annoying. I have spawned hundreds of cars, so I know Im doing everything the same way. Is there something that I am overlooking since the update?

Like I said too, there was always an issue when selecting the player's car, that you would have to funk around with the camera angle, select the car just right, so that you can SHIFT-Drag a new car. It seems to be much easier now, that the "player" is listed in the scene tree. whats going on?

 

Well since the most recent patch, the in-game vehicle spawning works perfectly so you no longer have to use the editor. When in game, click the little menu button in the top right to bring up the menu, then go into the 'Vehicle' tab and click 'Spawn New' and it will spawn a car on your left side.

It's a great new feature, saves having to open up the editor every time.
