Any ideas what happened to the pack with the rally cars? (Trying to find the Evo)

I've been looking at my older screenshots from the game from April 2016 and I came across this one of what seems to be a ralliart evo 9, but after doing some digging about I can't seem to find the mod anywhere; neither can I find the pack of 3/4 cars it was a part of, one of which I seem to remember being a rally style VW Polo/ Golf. Does anyone remember the mod and know if its been updated/ still available?
