I am considering buying a USB Steering wheel with pedals to enjoy Beam NG even more. Do you have any suggestions or hints?

    Thank you.

    You can't go wrong with a G29/G27.

I have no issues with my G29, a great budget wheel.

Lightly used Logitech G27 is the best bang for the buck, it gets you the same feel as G29/G920 but with better button layout and much lower price.
Sure it is loud and you have some play in it due to it being gear driven, but that also makes it really durable. Also lack of warranty on used wheel shouldn't bother you since those logitech wheels are really easy to fix.

Some things that will break after s long time of beating on the wheel:
    - gear knob ( glue under the leather breaks and the cap with gear pattern tends to fall off if you really are hard on it with banging the gears, but mounting a car shift knob isn't too hard, I did it myself at home using an old renault gear knob)
-shifter assembly (take it apart and glue some soft tape around the plastic edge to quiet the shifts a little and prevent the damage to the housing)
-check the screws on the pedal box from time to time, they tend to get loose every few years of hard use.

Any Logitech wheel. I have a G920, well over a year old and it still runs perfectly.
