Any Way to Change Environment Temperature

For example: The grid map starts at 15 degrees Celsius for the temperature of my exhaust, water, engine block, etc.. Is there any way to change this?

There is a "start engines preheated" option somewhere in the options menu, not sure if that is what you mean. As for environment temperature, not sure if that is an implemented feature.
