anybody else having problems spawning the roamer?

i have been having problems where every other vehicle i can spawn. but once i try to spawn the roamer, the entire game crashes. then i try to force close the game it just is stuck to my computer. it won't go away and the only way to exit the game is to sign out or restart.
tried deleting all mods, clear cache, still nothing has helped.
can't get a crash report cause the game doesn't close

 

Try reinstalling the game. I had really bad game issues like that before, usually after nothing else works reinstalling does the trick

Because just before everything started happening it threw a error up saying that there was a broken mod or corrupt file and then the next time I load it bang I can't spawn the roamer.
