Anybody else not a fan of the flying sparks during crashes?

It was about the first thing I noticed when I played the game, in most circumstances the sparks look ridiculous. Sure there are some circumstances that might warrant flying sparks--i.e. a car skidding on it's roof, etc. But the vast majority of real-life crashes, like car-to-car, or straight into a wall would not generate sparks.

Is there a way to just turn them off completely?

 

It would probably be near impossible to get a noticeable amount of sparks from a car in most reasonable circumstances and even in the perfect circumstances the car would have to be made out of steel(but not stainless steel) for it to even be possible to get a spark from it, the paint would have to be removed, and the types of steel that spark well would most likely not be very good for building a car, the only car I think might have a chance of being able to spark at all is the barstow but even that would probably be pretty bad at it.
