Anybody elses game run slower than usual since the new update?

    Whenever I'm driving around a map, the game seems to constantly slow down briefly then speed back up...

    And these are my specs:

    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
    Processor: Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz
    16 GB Ram (15.8 Usable)
