Anyone else having problems with Planes and Colmesh-1 ?

I only took a couple weeks off, am I missing something very obvious? When I rebuild Collisions after importing this plane the car goes right through it. I can not believe I am asking this question.
Maybe this is some weird quark and I should re-install.

 

Check to see if the collisions work on the opposite side with negative earth, also make sure you exit the world editor when you are testing collisions, I've found that sometimes objects just straight up refuse to work properly until you close the editor and open it again.

Thanks, It is crazy, I know. Like the old saying a computer reset will also solve a lot of strange problems sometimes.
