Anyone experienced error code 0xC0000139?

    Up until a few days ago ive been having the error code 0xC0000139 when trying to play the game. The game wont upen but the launcher does. ive tried uninstalling beamng and that's about it. anyone have a potential fix to this error or any steps on what I should do....

    it would be really appreciated
