Anyone have a reason why my cars will spawn with no front tires and pearl white wheels?

i have a problem with my ebang where it will spawns some cars with no tires on the front but i will only let me put streched ones on? (and my wheels will sonly spawn in pearl white and even if it says black wheels it still comes out white)

ANY IDEAS?

 

That sounds like a mod issue, try safe mode to see if that fixes the issue, if so, clean cache, if it's still not fixed, remove your mods
