Anyone knows about this user?

Hi , when i start this aventure of BeamNg , i search a mod for my car for notice i found one! A peugeot 205 gti mod , i saw that the mod was very forgotten since the creator didn't show live from 14/6/2019 , this user is Teh Daemon , i send him a message , to his friend (this one toll me "i don't know him" , weird) , in his yt videos , nothing.
Well , i agree the mod die , it was working , but , forgotten. A friend teach me some moding and we make a few things for the mod (private use) , so i wanted to know:

-Anyone knows about him?
-If i develope the mod without his knowledge (remember he is offline from 2019) , i can get banned?

Any information will be nice

You won't be banned as long as you don't release it. You would probably only get a warning point if you did anyway.

 

You generally are allowed to modify mods that other people make, it's not a bannable offence.
all i can say is, keep the quality of your updating work on it high, remember to credit him, and if he does come back and ask you to take it down, just take it down.
